Guest guest
Hello, i have some questions about kombucha. sally say, 'caffeine bad'. kombucha is made with tea that has caffeine. but, 'kombucha good'. so...what happens to the caffeine in kombucha? is it still there? they say, take 4 oz. in the morning and 4 oz before bed. i wouldn't dare drink some before bed if there is still caffeine in it... also, did anyone see that article about people dying from kombucha, on onibasu.com? it was from mold. and acidosis. should we be concerned? thanks. laura p.s. since joining wapf and consuming lg amounts of raw dairy, over a year ago, have been constipated ever since (sorry, TMI) and so much in wapf is supposed to cure it. but since drinking kombucha, my problem is resolved. it's the only thing that works...short of stuffying myself with fiber. i'd rather drink kombucha. laura --- In , " alangaud " <alangaud@y...> wrote: > , > I had the same concern about the fluoride in Kombucha about a year > ago.
