The form of cycanide in B17 is different from the poison as well.

Before going and buying the book (tho I'm sure it's excellent) you can read

a lot about apricot kernels here

<snip> Question: I thought apricot kernals contained something really

poisonous...I don't remember what, arsenic or something, i wish i could

remember. Also, apple cores (the seeds) but in smaller amounts.

p.s. i hope i'm wrong. <snip>

<snip> Answer: You are wrong, , it is the cyanide NOT arsenic.

I have been eating apricot kernels and apples seeds for years! The

distinction to be made here is that like most things in life, don't over do

them. The Greeks are correct " Everything in moderations and nothing in

excess. " Excellent words of wisdom to follow. Prevention is what I seek -

just like good car maintenance. You wouldn't think of running your car

without oil - eating 3 Apricot Kernels a week M-W-F is what I found best for

me. I am quite healthy and I exercise and eat right.

Apricot seeds and apple seeds have tiny amounts of " cyanide " or B17

contained within the seed. Just like scurvy that killed thousands of sailors

out to sea [They died because they lacked a victim - this vitamin is found

in citrus [think oranges]food and other foods]. Just like days past the

elitist at the time debunked citrus and the vitamin theory of curing the

dying sailors. Needless to say that this part of history has been

distorted - because it took over 100 years before it was accepted as truth.

Actually, an even more stunning book with 8 cures for cancer is

" Politics in Healing " by Haley.

Separated in two parts, World Without Cancer firstly explores the

remarkable success of Laetrile in treating cancer victims; and more

importantly, the second part describes the politics of cancer therapy

in which blows the lid off an an-powerful international

chemical and drug cartel that has dominated the direction of health

care since early this century. Not only has the Rockefeller-Farben

combine been instrumental in fostering chemical based drug treatment

as the basis for health care, they have been the dominant adversary

against safer non-drug treatments.
