Guest guest
Like many other good treatment protocols, Dr. T's is very expensive and demands a lot of the patient in the way of strict compliance. Early on in my illness, I studied it, and his research and it made a lot of sense to me. But I had a lot of experience in alternative/integrative medicine before I got sick, so it was a comfortable route for me to take. (remember the 'ymmv' principle applies here). As I could never afford to do the entire protocol, I cobbled together the best one I could do for me, and if I stay true to it, I function at about 85-90%. Without it, 20%. But it involves way more than just taking a couple of supplements, it is an entire lifestyle change and charges the patient, not the doctor with being fully responsible for their success and well being..
