I bought one of those crocks from Radiant Life 4 or 5 months ago. It sat in the storage shed unused because I was a little bit intimidated by it. Finally, after all that time, just two days ago I prepared my first batch of cabbage for sauerkraut. It's sitting on my counter looking pretty much just like the picture as I write this.
