should i just wait til summer for major KT consumption?

OK, I don't get colds much normally, even though my dear daughter is a petri

dish of preschool geck, but I started the KT, felt crappy, and promptly got that

week's bug.

Um, would I be better off *not* stressing my system until warm weather? It gets

really cold here, and dark, and it all lasts way too long, and eventually my

immune system craps out just before spring - in that I do eventually get a

little bug, never as badly as anyone else, but still. So is it really wise to

be herxing like mad and making it worse?
