ly, the raw milk available in CA is not very high quality, and

certainly not essential for optimal health. If I were going to spend

money on shipping high quality dairy from another state, I would go

for butter as it's very concentrated in terms of nutrients.

FWIW, I think Claravale is superior to Organic Pastures in terms of

taste and fat content, but it's nothing like the milk I used to get in

NYC.
