[article] The family bought their first goat after their son

was diagnosed as lactose intolerant. Goat milk contains only a trace

of the protein in cow milk that provokes the lactose-intolerant

allergic reaction in some people.

[MAP] Yet another journalist who didn't bother to get their facts

straight... <yawn>

[article] A similar hands-on approach has been taken by Trickling

Springs Creamery, which produces its own cream line and homogenized

cow milk lines and makes cheese and yogurts. It also distributes goat

milk products.

[MAP] Unless this is another boner from the author of the article,

it's pretty sad that they would have a homogenized milk line,

especially if it was raw milk! Perhaps it's better for them to hide

small cream lines though! I wonder if they understand the concerns

over homogenization? I take it to be worse than pasteurization...

Thanks for the article, Just.
