Guest guest
, You can get raw goat milk yogurt fermented for 30 hours from White Egret Farms. www.whiteegretfarm.com It costs $40 for 12, 8oz jars, including shipping. It gets cheaper if you order 48+ jars. In fact, I just ordered some today. I wanted to see if I can tolerate it and if so, then I'll start making my own. I had to leave a voice mail message and their message said their wait list is about 3 weeks long right now! I think Jordan Rubin recommended them in his book and so they've gotten a lot of new business. I didn't have success trying to ferment kefir for a longer period (I know some people have). I still got gas. I might try again one day because I grew to love kefir.

I'll keep this info in my yogurt folder, thanks. I enjoy making my yogurts, but so far, I've tolerated half and half the best. I'm going to HAVE to try RAW goat yogurt though. Sounds good.
