just completed back to back hip recontruction

Hi All,

For those of you who don't know me, I am from Ohio with daughter

Kennedy. When I started on this list Kennedy was the youngest at six months

old, there was only a handful of us back then. Know she is 6 and all and

all doing very well. Feel free to check out our family web page for pictures

Kennedy just got released for her second cast is five months. She has had

reconstruction done of both her hips, this first on is August and the second

in October. She was cast for five months and I am so glad that she is

finally out. She is alittle stiff but we can start rehab in six weeks. I

recently purchased a stander off e-bay and paid less than $100.00 for it.

Kennedy was standing with assistants before the surgery and working with a

gate trainer, we are hoping know that once she can get started on pt that

she will be able to walk(with or w/o assistance would be just perfect for

me.)
