Guest guest
Since we are in similar situations, can I ask what Liver cleanse worked the best for you? I think I could really use one. They don't flush out your stores of fat soluble vitamins do they? I have noticed these strange looking things in my stool, that resemble grains of rice. I don't eat any rice, and all my grains are freshly ground into flour. I figured it must be something coming out of me thats not supposed to be there, as everything else looks perfectly digested. Maybe something to do with the chlorella, as I hear the cell wall of that will bind to a lot of junk. > > <<Hmm, why did you stop and how do you feel about it now?>> > > i'll preface with why i started. i'm self treating for cfs. i had done alot of supplements prior to starting the diet and they didn't improve my health. i had a strong intuition about aajonus and had remembered seeing him on tv many years ago. the diet seemed to correct the damage that taking too many supplements inflicted on me. > > the best thing about aajonus is not the diet, but that he is an amazing iridologist. he gav me by far the most accurate health diagnosis i have ever received. he found i was loaded with mercury, which i already had a suspicion about. but he also pinpointed the parts of my body where the mercury was stored. > > why did i stop? i felt a point of diminishing returns. and i was becoming very unbalanced. aajonus' tragic flaw is that he doesn't give much credence to any therapy outside his realm of expertise. i began doing liver cleansing after i stopped the diet and realized this was a much more effective way to detoxify... at least the liver. i think the diet has its place, but aajonus was very closed minded about the liver cleansing. i tried to educate/convince him that it was possible to pass stones from the liver and he insisted that it was waste from the intestines. i told him that i had been detoxing for many years before i met him and nothing resembling green floating crystals had ever come out of me. long story short, he is a fairly closed minded person although his diet it certainly a notable contribution to alternative health. i also think he projects a bit of his problems onto others, i.e. he claims he is unable to produce stomach acid so all meat must be raw. i have no problems with cooked meat and actually feel better with it. > > incidentally the detox reactions on this diet can be horrendous, life or death earth shaking experiences. i think this is why alot of people bail on it. > > >
Guest guest
i am doing the olive oil/grapefruit juice flush found in hulda clarks books. dont undertake them lightly if your health is poor, and it is not a one time thing. research it thoroughly before starting them grains of rice sounds like parasites or parasite eggs. i've heard alot of people talk of about these things. i was never so lucky to have such tiny worms. <They don't flush out your stores of fat soluble vitamins do they? > the oil liver flushes forces the liver and gall bladder to strongly contract and push out accumulated waste. it can be sludge, gallstones from the gall bladder or cholesterol stones from liver or gall bladder. i'm not an expert, but i assume vitamins would be stored in healthy tissue not in waste products.
