Yes, of course......but I was wondering if there were other things

besides these. Anyone with stories of healed teeth??

Well, it was in the recent Gum Disease post, but I mentioned that Dr.

's Tooth Powder healed up two cavities that my 4 yo had between

his upper rear molars. It took six months of assiduous brushing and

flossing between those teeth, but his teeth have regained their integrity.

:)

But I wouldn't tell a dentist that I found something that heals

cavities..... ;)

You could have the child chew xylitol gum several times a day between meals.

Xylitol inhibits the S. mutans bacteria which causes alot of the tooth decay.

These are documented effects. One brand of gum that comes to mind is Spry.

....is she by any chance also using prescription fluoride vitamin drops?

These are often recommended when a child lives where the water (say, from a

well or private water system) is without the " benefits " of fluoride.

We had a similar problem --- I wish I could say that we solved it with

nutrition but at the time, we didn't know to consider that.

There is a homeopathic remedy that our biological dentist gave us (much

later) to address strengthening kids teeth -- something like " Cal ?? AM " and

" Cal ?? PM " -- two powders (not little pills like typical remedies). I

can't say that it helped, but it might have...

My niece has several brown spots on her four front teeth (two top,

two bottom). A little background......my SIL was unable to nurse

her. She pumped and Rayne was exclusively breastfed for four

months. After that, she used goats milk, some formula, and

eventually, rice milk. She stopped the rice milk shortly after she

noticed the brown spots, but the damage has been done.

Oh, no...she's not using fluoride drops. She's familiar with native

nutrition, natural healing, etc. They do live in town, where water

is fluoridated, but they drink bottled water. Thanks for everyone's

comments. She got some calcerea phos homeopathic to strengthen the

teeth....and I suggested she use alfalfa tea, in addition to the

CLO. She's also ordering some of Dr. 's herbal tooth

powder.
