Guest guest
Parasites? I do think its a possibility but I don't know if that is it. I eat at least 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil a day, and have been for like a year, which is known to kill parasites. I also don't have any fatigue, and I have actually gained 20 pounds in the last few months (and not as fat, just as body mass). I weighed 145 before (I'm like 5'10 " ) and now I weigh around 165, and my health is definitely improving. Does it still sound like I could have parasites? It did kinda sound like segments of a tapeworm breaking off from one page I read, and I would have to pick them out and break them open to figure out of its really that. > > i am doing the olive oil/grapefruit juice flush found in hulda clarks books. dont undertake them lightly if your health is poor, and it is not a one time thing. research it thoroughly before starting them > > grains of rice sounds like parasites or parasite eggs. i've heard alot of people talk of about these things. i was never so lucky to have such tiny worms. > > <They don't > flush out your stores of fat soluble vitamins do they? > > > > the oil liver flushes forces the liver and gall bladder to strongly contract and push out accumulated waste. it can be sludge, gallstones from the gall bladder or cholesterol stones from liver or gall bladder. i'm not an expert, but i assume vitamins would be stored in healthy tissue not in waste products. > > > Re: Thoughts about Aajonus Vonderplanitz's books - Liver Flush > > > Since we are in similar situations, can I ask what Liver cleanse > worked the best for you? Guest guest
<<I eat at least 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil a day, and have been for like a year, which is known to kill parasites>> so once the parasites die, where do they go? they are passed in stool. coconut oil may be a vermifuge, but there are other substances more effective. you could try an experiment with pumpkin seeds, pineapple juice or artemisia. if these increase the quantity of rice grains, or if you feel cramping or nausea then it is more evidence for worms. worms are more common than most people think. weight loss or gain does not necessarily correlate to the existence of worms. i gained alot of weight too while passing worms. back to aajonus.... he has a very good understanding of how intestinal worms work. and in his world worms are not a bad thing, they just go away on their own when you eat correctly. for anyone who is underweight the first thing i would suspect is malabsorption which goes hand in hand with parasites. but who knows, it could just be magic grains of rice.
