A request for all experienced Warrior Dieters to share one day's worth of

their dieting experience.

I am crossposting this at the Gluten Free Casein Free Native Nutrition

group, the Native Nutrition group and the Nutrition Forum at the

Dragon door Website.

Emailed responses can be sent to rbjr__nc (DOT) rr.com . Simply remove the

underscores (_) around the @ symbol. Put the words Warrior Diet in the

header or I may junk the email.

After doing the Warrior Diet for the past 6 weeks I've discovered that there

are things about it that I both like and dislike. I've mined Ori's books

and a few Web resources for as much info as I can get but I have realized

that it might be very helpful to see how people who are using the Warrior

Diet successfully actually eat. So hence this proposal.

If you are currently doing the Warrior Diet and have been doing it for at

least the past 4 months I would like for you to record one day's worth of

the actual food that you eat and send it to me either via this list/forum or

by email. In return I will compile all of the info that I get and post it

to the three forums that I am getting the info from. I will make it

available to anyone who cares to see it.

Below is a template for your one day's write up. Please follow the pattern

so that each person's diet becomes easy to read. The more accurate your

measurements of food quantity the better, but simple eyeball estimates will

be fine assuming that you are able to get close to proper quantities. The

more of the preliminary info that you give the better, but mostly I'm

interested in your sex, age, height, weight and food consumption.
