I would be using the fat to consume with the leaner cuts of pasture raised beef. Is it all the same or are certain parts better then others? Belly fat? Kidey fat? Rump fat? I'm not sure what to say any help would be appreciated. Also how much beef fat is healthy for daily consumption? Thanks in advance. P.
