Hmm, well i take Carlsons lemon flavored CLO and don't have a problem with it.

But if i try to take a salmon oil capsule (for the O 3's) i will be burping and

gagging on that up to 12 hours later. So i am in the " not taking anything

fishy " camp.

That works; I wasn't meaning to offer practical solutions but just

ranting. I'm going to publish and official recommendation against

Twin Lab actually in my newsletter and on the site.

I called up Twin Lab and left a message asking them about this; they

called me back and said that they do NOT add any vitamins A or D to

the CLO. They said it was the *vitamin E* that is derived from soy

and added.
