The Mumbai scene...To Amulya and Ravin

Hello Amulya,

I do agree,the South Mumbai skyline is changing...very fast..but...u have got to

visit...the areas of Ragu Krishnan's and Manish Kothari's Mulund..and Thane..to

see...the pleasing changes...

I was taken on a brief Mumbai Darshan ...to these parts...last year, by some

cousins of mine....with the purpose of buying a property....and these places

had...some best upcoming townships with wonderful planning..with ISO

certifications...in Thane...like the one..in particular...by

LODHA..builders...which had very classic apartments...with emphasis on

greenery,on landscaping,mini convenience markets..inside the

complex..along..with beautifully planned interiors...which would give SRK's

home...a run for money...by the Mumbai's growing middle-class culture...

Coupled by a good network of highways..from the airport to these areas..it takes

almost the same time..to reach Thane...as ur South Mumbai..locality..now.

Ravin's New Mumbai..area..too...shocked..me..as,most of the building around

Vashi and beyond..into Karghar..were no less than 12-15 storied...and with all

amenities..making me wonder...that.probably,..Mumbai is getting ready to

welcome..the Chinese population..into our city..

Thane by the way,was adjudged...one of the most well planned satellite city of

our country...with the new..Municipal .Com..,then...wielding the stick..much to

perfection...

BTW,Amulya...my insider sources..informed me..that u were spotted..in Mulund..a

couple of yrs ago.....relaxing...at a..prosperous alumni's terrace

apartment.....
