I had erections but not this hard and not every morning. Erections are way better.

Main problem was with libido and that is slightly better.

High Estrogen means testosterone drops and estrogenic effects overpower. If you bring estrogen down your testosterone shoots up and testosterone overpowers. I am told libido is the last to correct itself when estrogen is balanced, the first to get better is Erectile dysfunction....that too within 2 weeks.

Indolplex Dim brings Estrogen down. I am told if it comes down too far that is just as bad as having it too high and morning wood is a good guage. If it goes whilst taking DIm then it has been brought too far down and you should stop Dim for a few days. My morning wood has been good for the last couple of weeks so i am still in the zone.

I think one of the ways SSRI's mess you up is by messing with the hormone levels and proportions between Estrogen and Testosterone..

I did not have low testosterone (tested at 600 ng / dl, during a time of exterme stress and depression), i suspect i have high estrogen.

Indolplex Metabolises estrogen and lowers it. The ratio of testosterone to estrogen is what matters.

Also dim is a natural product found in broccoli. It eliminates estrogen in the body.

My testosterone levels have been okay, i measured 600 ng/dl last time, that too during a period of very high stress and depression, sleeping on average 3 - 4 hours a night for months, and not eating properly AND the blood was taken late afternoon when testosterone is naturally dropping (its highest in the morning). So i predict, if i was stress free, not depressed and had good sleep, i would be looking at testosterone levels at the upper end of the scale. I think my problem is that estrogen got elevated, or something to do with estrogen metabolism got messed up with. You see, Estrogen and testosterone balance is important. Hormones need to be balanced and i think ssris mess this balance up.

I am interested in more details. Where did you get this stuff? Can you link to

any research on Indolplex Dim as a treatment for ED?

search the net, plenty of sites selling, makesure its biorepsonse indolplex dim by dr michael zeligs usually sold under enzymatic theraphy or similliar brand name. The other types of Dim gave me no results. Search on the net, you will find plenty of info on how it helped people with erections and such.

no only use Enzymatic Theraphy Indolplex Dim or Integrative Theraphy Dim / Indolplex. Dr Zeglis owns patent for Bioresponse Dim / Indolplex. This is the only one that gave the results.

A couple of links of the good stuff. Search for Dr Micheal Zeglis too, he is the guy that created this special DIM product - titled Indolplex, he owns Bioresponse patent and this type of DIM is pharmeceuatical grade, stuff works and on that Mesorx forum there are plenty that have used it. Search for 'pmgamer" who as had much success with it and raves on about it.
