likely knows a lot more, but I'd like to offer this

tidbit: I LOVE that flavor myself, sometimes it is in

Gewurtztraminer wine. However, I've noticed I also get

it in rhubarb wine. I wonder what would happen if one

added some rhubarb chunks to the kombucha ferment?
