Guest guest
Hello Friend, Do not worry,my friend.. By hook or crook...I will atleast..superseed the attendance of '83 batch...and ,if I see a drop,I shall be there..a good 2 weeks before,the reunion,to see that..our attendance..is upto the mark. Worry not..(although,I am eager..to even come down..now.,.but my job..stops me..from over-reacting)... I shall try my level best..to get the most...and while I am searching..the brother-cousin sis..duo..Atul and Madhabi Deb Burmans..and Rupendra Thokchom.,in the Northeast frontier,u may attend..and enjoy..being...the 16th Hon member..of the ' 83 batch..at their reunion.. Actually,I feel,83 batch..never...had..the love(sorry Ashish..not u..but,I am pointing at some..specific..students)..for MGIMS..and for them,it was..a place..to complete their 4 and 1/2 yr prison time...before moving out...and so,to return back to the same Prison,EXCEPT,Gandhiji..and Mandela..I am not sure,many...would opt for..hence..the...lacklustre..attendance. But with.apun ka.'84batch.. IT was ONE BIG PARTY..those 4 and 1/2 formative yrs...and we literally took in each and every word,which my dear Prof,of 1st MBBS,Prof KN IngleySir,had said..at the outright.. " Students.MBBS..years..in Sewagram..will be 100% fun,....except the days of examinations..and so have a great time " ... Which,I bet,most of us..did.. Bye.
