Guest guest Posted April 16, 2005 Report Share Posted April 16, 2005 I've noticed that carbs have the effect on me of putting me to sleep, so I had decided I would try to reduce even complex carbs as much as I could, however, last night we found out that I am expecting :-), so now what? I was planning on cutting out certain vegetables, but now I don't think that's wise, as I'll be needing the vitamins and minerals and stuff, but I don't want to be a zombie either? What are the best vegetable carbs to eat to get the most complete nutrition, while not sapping all my energy?
