I think you could do just about anything that tastes good to you,

here is our favorite. I do not use amounts because it always depends

on how many are drinking it & I just throw it in until it looks good

consistency.

coconut milk, bananas, peaches (frozen), little maple syrup, agave

nectar or raw honey for sweets, and raw egg yolks (I use 2 per

person)

My husband likes his with a little cinnamon sprinkled on top.

I have also done the same thing but with other fruits, always turns

out yummy.

I'm still perfecting mine. When I use coconut milk without eggs, I

get a very frothy head that is unappealing to me. Someone suggested

using ice cubes and making it a slushy. Another person on the GFCFNN

list makes one my kefiring the coconut milk, then adding vegetable

glycerine, and a couple tablespoons of fruit juice concentrate.

If you can eat eggs, I'dd do coconut milk, eggs, berries or a banana.

Bananas make a nicer textures if you like the flavor. When I did

eggs, I would put the yolks in with the berries and coconut milk, the

drizzle melted coconut oil in to emulsify the beverage, like making

mayo.

Peanut butter, cocoa powder, cinnamon, nutmet, pumpkin are all good.

(well, not at the same time). Oh, and the sweetener of your choice,

if you need one - honey, maple syrup, stevia.

You can also add geletin dissolved in water and put this concoction in

an ice cream maker.
