Guest guest
Aww Christy You do have a band, and you are hungry - this is normal. So you have to up your protien, so the beef strog was good, just dont have so much rice - more meat, eggs (egg flips, soft omelette etc) and you have to drink more. Sometimes we mistake hunger for what it really is - thirst. Also to curb your cravings, have some nice hot chocolates. Be gentle to yourself, you have had a big op - you are still in the healing phase and you have to be a bit kind to yourself. So head out for a few gentle walks, go and visit the shops, a friend or just get out of the house. Dont let a pesky skankyho get you down, you are better than her. Guest guest
Thanks everyone for your support. It has been a bit of a rollercoaster ride the last few weeks and yesterday it all got on top of me. I decided to forgive myself and start today over as a fresh start. I guess thats the best I can do. Hooroo Christy
Guest guest
Get him to call her "Grandma" - she obviously doesn't like that that but "Mama" is mother in Italian - she is not his mother!!! Now that I think about it I realise this is more than PMS -my Dad called me this morning and gave me a hard time because I won't let my son call his new (skankyho) wife "mama" (the name she uses for grandma). So I guess thats what I'm really reacting to. It hasn't helped that I've been stuck at home most of the day.Sorry to down load, no one else to talk to tonight.Christy :'(
