Guest guest
Thanks Ameet, For an engaging email. And also thanks for endorsing my view of ny Gaddar. It is uncannily as if Hadley Chase had risen from his grave and given script writing another whirl after The Grisham Gang / No Orchids for Miss Blandish. Here's wishing you happy Idli searching. Meanwhile, we lucky critters in India just pop over to the nearest mall and pick up freshly wet ground idli / dosa / uttapa flour mix at Rs. 20 per kilo and rush home to steam a fresh batch of idlis. Meanwhile sambhar is ready and steaming to take on the soft idlis. (I think Idli Dosa Vada Sambhar should be voted our national food. The idli can even replace the Ashoka chakra to make our symbol more contemporary. ) Kishore Shah 1974
Guest guest
Dear Kishoreda, We also get the same batter here. But I prefer to make my own. I guess you can get it here if there is a large Indian population in the area. You can also get puran polis and all Diwali faral homemade. Excellent catering is available at reasonable rates and I could even get daily fresh homemeade meals when I had surgery in july. Renuka'84 Shah wrote: Thanks Ameet, For an engaging email. Karachi sweetmart is a prominent exporter.
