This is what I use when I am working out, or if I am sick or dehydrated. It is the ultimate electrolyte drink. Tastes like vinegar the first sip, and after that, it tastes like sweet water. You'll notice it really works because you will sweat more, and easier. Your body will cool quicker, and your energy buz will ride more evenly. Try it and enjoy!
