Guest guest Posted October 23, 2005 Report Share Posted October 23, 2005 hello all, does anyone have any suggestions on how i can preserve some canned vegies ? i know this sounds confusing but here's what's going on. i got a great deal on these humongous cans of organic red peppers, and pumpkin puree. but since i won't be able to use up all of the contents at once, when i open these cans up - i'm wondering if i can just divide the left overs into jars and " preserve " them at room temperature. would anyone know if this is possible? and how to do it right? thanks much ! angel Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
