Do you know where I could get more information about this issue. I don't

have access to the chapter leaders list but thought I was the only one who

seems to have a sensitivity to most fermented foods. I would think even

homemade stock would have some naturally occurring MSG in it. I'm trying to

figure out what I can and cannot eat while I heal my gut.
