It could be the kimchi or kefir ... either getting used to it or maybe

you are reacting to the casein. Or something else. There really

are rotoviruses that do that sort of thing too. And for me, it's

often " trace gluten " in something I thought was safe. Once I got

dysbiosis from OD'ing on doughnuts though that I'm rather sure

were GF ... just too much sugar, I think.

Pepto Bismol is the quickest, easiest " cure " . Take one dose each

time you have to " go " . Pascalite, of course, is great too, if you

have some around. And eat stuff you know is safe for you.
