Hello! Has anyone made the fermented sweet potaoto recipe from NT? I

want to use it as a baby food and have been experimenting with it.

However, the amount of salt in the recipe makes it unpleasant

tasting. I am unsure why the salt needs to be there since there is

whey to help with the fermenting. Any comments? I will just make it

with the whey next time, but I am curious if the salt needs to be

added for some reason.

I also recently adopted a baby. He is doing wonderfully on the raw

milk formula recipe from NT. He is almost 3 months. I am reseraching

solids. First, if anyone out there needs support with the formula, I

have had good success. Second, if anyone else has advice on feeding

solids, I am very interesting in hearing what you have to say.
