Guest guest
HI Has anyone tried or looked into the whey protein Mercola sells. I know it is processed, but for what it is, is it a higher quality product than others? jafa __________________________________________________

Guest guest
I buy the vanilla flavored that is supposed to be unsweetened. I like to get it because I don't have a raw milk source. I have been wondering if it is a good idea or not too. Is there another brand that might be better? That's good, but I'd imagine it still has flax, right? I'm not sure what the best whey protein is, but the best protein concentrate I know of is Goatein, and whey protein isolates may not be a good idea even if they're perfectly intact, because they are absorbed and metabolized so quickly. The LEF makes a big deal of keeping theirs maximally intact, though, so that might be a good bet if you want a whey product. -
