Guest guest
For additional minerals and to help with my heavy metal detox I'm eating seaweed. NT says they need to be cooked slowly for an extended period of time. Does anyone know how long that is? Also does anyone know of a good site or book with recipes? The only one I have is arame with carrots and onions. Phil
