Well, here's what i'm deciding for myself from all this: Carlson's is OK

quality wise but not ok for me personally bc too low in vit. A. Stuff just

tastes too icky to have to take too much. I'm sticking with Blue Ice. I know

someone who called Twin Labs and was told nothing synthetic is added to

their oils, but since Twin Labs makes so many synthetic vitamins (last i

checked anyway), i just kind of shy away from them anyway.

I have no idea of which one is " best " . I tried a couple of the high potency

varieties and for me they tasted so BAD that the bottle sat in the fridge

unused. So I use the Carlson lemon flavored variety and, yes, i need to take

more of it to equal the high potency but at least i use it!!

I would however very much like to see Carlsons clear up what exactly is or

isn't in it. It does bother me that they have not done so. If there is

nothing to hide then......

Thanks

I have another question. The 1/2 tsp. doesn't seem to be doing it so

well as 1 tsp./day. My sight has improved (or more, my focusing

ability) and I am vividly dreaming for the first time in 7+ years.

The headaches are getting a little worse (strange how I never had them

before the CLO) but more CLO fixes them. As much as I hate the taste

of this stuff, I want to take more, but I don't want to overdo it.

I was reading NT and I think Sally said that native populations ate 5

times the average american's Vitamin A intake? or something like

that?

How many tsps. of Blue Ice High Vitamin CLO does that work out to?

Should I split what I am taking throughout the day? or is it okay to

take it all in the morning? or is the evening a better choice?

Thanks!

-Lana

If you really want to take more, take it like Dr. Price recommended in

his book (Nutrition and Physical Degeneration), which was 1/2 teaspoon

with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

It is great stuff :)!

Leah,

Fat-soluble vitamins are absorbed much better with a meal. Price

administered it dissolved in orange juice or tomato juice just prior

to a meal. However, Dr. Marasco who used to be on this list

said that those of his patients who have trouble burping up the taste

of it don't have that problem if they take it on a completely empty

stomach.
