Guest guest
Thanks - excellent! Also interesting is their conclusion about *why* this is: " The higher concentrations of vitamin E and carotenoids in organic milk are a result of feeding differences between the conventional and the organic productions. The most important reason for the observed differences is presumably the large amounts of maize silage used in the conventional production, whereas a considerable amount of grass and leguminous plants are used in the organic production. " This was from the article in the Research Centre's newsletter: http://www.darcof.dk/enews/sep04/milk.html also http://www.foodnavigator.com/news/news-ng.asp?id=55829-organic-milk-boasts Helen Organic milk & ketchup higher in nutrients Good news...
