1 lamb leg chop sauted in ghee, 2 T sauerkraut, 1 organic red delicious apple,

fat suppliment (see previous post " candy " ) Does this sound like an acceptable

lunch for a pregnant person? I suppose I could have had a salad too, will have

one with supper (plan on having sauted beef scallopini, mashed potatoes with

TONS of butter, organic carrots and cabbage steamed and again swimming in

butter, oh and of course the salad with creamy apple dressing (the basic salad

dressing made with apple cider vinegar, raw honey and cultured cream) and crispy

pecans ::drool::) I have a limited budget for food items and before I found out

I was pregnant I was planning on cheaping out on food for a bit to save for some

decent CLO, but now that I'm pregnant, even though I want the CLO, I figured it

wasn't worth eating pooly for even the 2 weeks it would have taken me to save

for it, though my birthday is comming up, I could ask someone for $, but I've

already asked for a membership to WAPF and some

stoneware muffin tins from pampered chef, :-( hmmmm, I've got to think of

something.
