Guest guest
I was just at my co-op today and checked out their selection of wheat-free tamaris. They had several brands. They had two kinds of organic Eden tamari: one that was koji-fermented for six months ($3.49 for 10oz) and one that was imported and " traditionally fermented " with koji for two years ($5.99!). I think it was who said he couldn't find anything fermented more than a year. Eden seems like a decent brand in general but I don't really know. All of their tamaris had added alcohol. I don't know if there is any live culture remaining in them or not... Tom
