Eh. You're talking to the person whose cat got fed organic decent stuff

years before she did.

Define " really high premium " . I finally lucked out (and figured out)

that I can get individual cuts from Da Main Grass Guy for the same price or

sometimes less than I can buy 's at Whole Foods. Which is the

way it should be. He's totally grass-fed, not plopped in a grain

feedlot for the last two weeks before slaughter, so I'm getting better

stuff for the same price.

(Heidi, I'm referred to his animals, my food, not to the farmer himself.

Last time I saw him, he DEFINITELY had not been fattened up.) :-D

However, I think the freezer paid for itself in what I saved on buying

whole hogs (literally and figuratively) and other critters v. by the cut.
