Does anyone know off-hand or have a reference for the guidelines for

labelling carotenes as vitamin A?

Do they assume that 100% of the carotenes will be converted to vitamin A?

It's crunch time for me to get my dioxin article in to WAPF, so if

anyone can save me a little bit of reseach time if they have a

reference handy I'd appreciate it, since I'm swamped with this

project.
