my fridge is cold enough for my purposes. The cream doesn't taste

" bad " to me, merely slightly soured/fermented--like most everything

else I eat, for that matter. Adding lime would probably taste the

same...only lime-y.

recipe is in the Eat Fat/Lose Fat book. Goes something like this:

one can coco milk

add water to make one quart

1 tsp dolomite

1/2 tsp vanilla

sweetener of your choice to taste.

the idea is that it has equal calcium/fat or something ratio as cow

milk iirc.

I use the rawsome coco cream to make 2 quarts total

and add a tetra-pak of WFN coco milk in lieu of sweetener.

Don't know your taste--adjust as you like. I used when I quit dairy

while I waited for the casein-tolerance test results to return. I've

since switched back to dairy kefir but remember it fondly.
