Hi all,

I haven't read the entire issue yet, but " Saveur " has devoted their

entire issue to CHEESE! There are some great articles on American

artisanal cheesemakers. Check it out!

BTW, I personally think Saveur is one of the better mainstream food

publications as they don't seem concerned at all with current

misconceptions about fat and cholesterol. Lard and butter show up in

many recipes. Plus, the pictures are gorgeous and they often profile

traditional food preparation from around the world.
