Hey Leeanne

I am sitting here with my feet up as they are killing me and my leg

has a big blue ring on it where i hit it this morning lol.. I am so

stupid hahaha

I try to stick to one cup of food i just hope the next fill will

make a differance i need to stop eating lol... today i was thinking i

might sticky tape my mouth closed and i also threw out all the sweets

in the lunch room i told everyone if they are stil there tomorrow i

will chuck them lmao.... I have become a food cop hahahaha

well for goodness sake stop watching those spunky young things on the tele

and keep ya eyes on the roller thingy

i dont have anything in the house that is junk eyc anymore

if i buy my lass bikkies she has to take them upstairs to her room

i dont get hungry

but its the not being full rofl

if you dont feel full then your brain starts telling you

hey you can eat something else....well mine does grrrr

i mean im not complaining cause at least i dont get hungry

so thats a huge plus

and its time they stopped all yummmmy food ads on the blardy tele

we need placards for that too
