Check whether your email software has that option, and which selection you made. Because I download several different email accounts all directly into MS Outlook I have found that on some of the mail rules I have to specify that it " should take no more actions after following x step " . That and ensuring that the rules are applied in the proper order stopped my " move " command from actually leaving two copies. Do you think the problem developed because you were downloading mail from more than one email account? I'm only downloading from ONE email account into all my .
