I most like only having to prepare food once a day. After several years of

BFL style eating that's a real joy.

I like being able to eat as much as I want at a meal.

I like the discipline of not eating during the day.

I like the fact that I'm actually gaining or maintaining my body weight

while I lose fat. First time that's ever happened!

I like the fact that I don't get the post meal crash that I've been

experiencing for years.

I like feeling strong and good when I exercise in the morning.

I don't like the spacey feeling that I get sometime between noon and up to

two hours after beginning my evening meal. Normally it doesn't go that long

but I definitely don't feel mentally maximized in the late afternoon and

during the first part of my feast.

I don't like having to make sure I get enough food when I'm not at home.

Eating out gets expensive quantity wise and is always problematical in terms

of food quality.

I don't like the overfull feeling that I seem to have to get in order to eat

enough food for the day.

I don't like eating as close to bedtime as I must in order to make the diet

work with my schedule. Particularly now that I'm farther along in the

_Mastering Leptin_ book.
