Thanks Malini...

With a rich Ophthalmologist placing the bet..(Surely,I meant dear Ragu...),I may

have to search my pockets first,to see,if I have money to buy 5gms of the yellow

metal..even.

Having 2 ladies in my life..(My dear Biwi and my materialistic daughter..if u

thought,something else) and innumerable " Sales " out here,it is tough,to be able

to advocate them, on the topic of .... " SAVING Each Riyal...for a better

t'rrow. " ..these days...

That has made me curious,as well...,Malini...

Hope,Nishi Bala.... spells out ....the ANDAR KI BAAT. difference.....to put the

matter at rest.....or should I say.. " .Make the matter RESTLESS.. " .

But all said and done,....living in UK, paying 750Rs...for preserving a WORLD

HERITAGE...should have been a decent...contribution from an NRI...whether

LOOKING INDIAN OR OTHERWISE....

I fully agree with you Shyam. It is better to buy the expensive ticket at

these places - cause after all it is for apna desh mahaan. Also it does look

silly cause - though we look Indian and sound Indian- when the kids go

'mo...m' it sounds very phirang. Phir accha nahin lagega if someone

comments.

The places where I sometimes play the indian card are whilst booking flight

tickets/hotel rooms as the prices jump once u r confirmed as an NRI.

Just seems a waste of money.
