WFN - the freeze dried coconut issue

Just wondering how everyone feels about this company now? I just

found out this week about the problem with the freeze dried coconut

flakes. I'm curious to hear what the consensus is. Were you able to

get a refund if you asked for one? I can't get one because I found

out about this -after- the expiration date on my coconut flakes. Do

you feel WFN is at fault? Do you trust them? I have mixed feelings

about it all. I know it's a small family owned business so I hate for

them to eat the cost but at the same time, why should the customer?

Are there other suppliers for Quality First International coconut oil?
