since i joined weston price a year ago, i have not been able to find a

source of raw butter that TASTES good. we get our butter mostly from

farms in PA and they all taste 'funny'. jersey cows. my husband and

son won't eat it.

last week DH and i went out to eat. i usually ignore the italian bread

but i had some, with butter. i went wild. wonderful, salted butter

with no funny background flavor; i ate every pat of butter on the

table, i was in heaven, i couldn't believe it, how much i

missed 'regular' butter.

does anyone know of a source of raw butter that actually TASTES good, i

hate to say, as good as supermarket market? ouch. it hurts to say

that.

p.s. i thought i would get used to the taste but my disdain grows worse.
