what baseline blood tests should we all take?

Hi. Just signed up and I wanted to know what baseline blood tests I should take before experimenting with any alternative remedies to restore my libido and sexuality.

I wish I had baseline tests from before taking SSRI's, but I don't. I want to keep track of my levels even if hormones are not the real problem. I figure Testosterone and Free Testosterone, but what else is important? Thank you.
