I'm glad to hear you're doing so well! Good for you! One thing, though --

unless you're using some strange sea salt that I've never heard of, sea

salt definitely has more than half the sodium of regular salt. IIRC,

Celtic has about 87% " regular " salt.

Its just atlantic sea salt, hand harvested. I picked it up locally

since I had so many issues with WFN. Its 330mg Sodium per 1/4tsp. My

old stuff was about 700mg per 1/4 tsp (then again, that might have

been commercial sea salt, I don't remember). I was really shocked

when I saw it was so low. Its definately from the Atlantic though,

reminds me of when I was a kid and ended up snorting the sea. <G>

How fine the granules are and the moisture content are two big factors

in how many grams are in a teaspoon.
