Good for you! One thing, though -- unless you're using some strange sea salt that I've never heard of, sea salt definitely has more than half the sodium of regular salt. Its 330mg Sodium per 1/4tsp. My old stuff was about 700mg per 1/4 tsp (then again, that might have been commercial sea salt, I don't remember). I was really shocked when I saw it was so low.
