Intestinal Distress--HELP!

Hi all,

I've been suffering for the past 36 hours from something

nasty...slight nausea and persistent diarrhea, and to top it off

TERRIBLE heartburn last night. I'm having a hard time eating a decent

diet due to the nausea (no throwing up, though). Mercola suggests

taking a very high dose of probiotics (1 capsule/1/4 t. every 30-60

minutes until the diarrhea is gone). Any ideas? What NT stuff should

I eat (I'm making bone broth right now...)? Pepto hasn't helped much,

but it did get me through work I couldn't miss. Is there a brand of

probiotics available at Whole Foods that might do the trick?

BTW, I'm pregnant and yes I am worried!
