Guest guest
I take one single dose of whey protein daily. I do believe it doesn't cause any sexual dysfunction by itself. Though some proteins or aminoacids may help sexual dysfunction (tyrosine, for example), maybe there are other ones who make my PSSD worsen. does someone know something about this? I'll list the aminoacids in my whey protein, and its dose per serving. Tryptophan 405 mg Valine 1422 mg Threonine 1654 mg Isoleucine 1573 mg Leucine 2531 mg Lysine 2233 mg Phenylalanine 748 mg Methionine 492 mg Arginine 505 mg Cystine 494 mg Tyrosine 703 mg Histidine 423 mg Proline 1509 mg Glutamine & Precursors 4082 mg Aspartic Acid 2508 mg Serine 1126 mg Glycine 412 mg Alanine 1180 mg
Guest guest
the only thing about this is that amino acids is said to compete with each other. so to take tyrosine seperately on empty stomach is a lot different than to take just a protein by itself because tyrosine has nothing other amino acids to compete with. > > I take one single dose of whey protein daily. Guest guest
thanks! in fact, I do not take Whey Protein to reverse PSSD. it's because I lift weights, and I loose mass easily. I haven't gone to the doctor yet, to see if he prescribes me tyrosine itself. I was just afraid some of these aminoacids could worse my PSSD. > > > > I take one single dose of whey protein daily.
