Just salt to taste, IMO. Or salt to baby's taste, in your case. All that salt makes it a " safer " ferment, so if it's unsalted just make sure it smells/tastes all right when you put it up. B. Great age by age - what they should be eating & when. I found it very useful, but then I love the book!
